Premier Ford Says Rest of School Year Will Be Online

On May 19th, the Ontario Government officially announced that students will not be returning to classrooms to finish the current school year. Instead, they are working to create “more fluency with digital learning and literacy, provide equitable access province-wide to high quality online courses, and improve teacher capacity to support remote learning.” They also assure parents that graduating students will still be allowed to graduate, and that all students will receive report cards.
